We reserve our apppointment time just for you. Out of respect for both our guests and staff, we require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. In the event 24 hour notice is not provided, 50% of the reservation will be charged to the card you provided at time of booking. We understand sometimes things come up last minute or we forget when life gets too hectic, therefore we offer one service cancellation within 24 hours a year for our guests. By clicking the box at time of booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms. And further consent to Bloom Skin Spa securely storing your personal and credit card information in our system. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

If you learn you are symptomatic for COVID-19, under quarantine or isolation orders which may affect your appointment time, please reschedule your appointment. If, due to COVID-19 related concerns, providing at least 24 hours notice is not possible, please contact us as soon as is practical to review your situation, and discuss waiving the cancellation fee.
